‘Flux Drawings’ are circuit renderings or diagrams of flux linkages.
[First of all, we shall consider the influence of the configuration of the circuit on the flux which links it, and this will introduce the concept and definition of a ‘turn.’ Next, we shall consider the matter of a substitution of circuit, whereby the flux linkages may be changed without inducing a voltage. Lastly, we shall consider Faraday’s Law of Electromagnetic Induction: Whenever the total net magnetic flux through a closed circuit varies there is induced in the circuit a voltage whose magnitude is proportional to the rate of diminution of the flux through the circuit.]
