2016 flux drawings

‘Flux Drawings’ are circuit renderings or diagrams of flux linkages. First of all, we shall consider the influence of the configuration of the circuit on the flux which links it, and this will introduce the concept and definition of a ‘turn.’ Next, we shall consider the matter of a substitution of circuit, whereby the flux linkages may be changed without inducing a voltage. Lastly, we shall consider Faraday’s Law of Electromagnetic Induction: Whenever the total net magnetic flux through a closed circuit varies there is induced in the circuit a voltage whose magnitude is proportional to the rate of diminution of the flux through the circuit.
